Mediante el m\u00e9todo etnogr\u00e1fico y el an\u00e1lisis de contenido se pudo establecer variables en las distintas notas period\u00edsticas desde los portales digitales de los dos medios, vinculadas con las violencias de g\u00e9nero y dimensionar las narrativas y representaciones medi\u00e1ticas de la informaci\u00f3n que evidencian un entorno hist\u00f3ricamente patriarcal y machista.<\/p><p><strong>Palabras clave:<\/strong> Violencias de g\u00e9nero, confinamiento, v\u00edctimas, desinformaci\u00f3n, prensa, derechos humanos.<\/p><h5>Abstract<\/h5><p>The research analyzes two of the newspaper with the highest circulation and representation in the country, such as:El Comercioin the Andean Region and El Universoin the coast, the study analyzes the information \u0301s processing or misinformation derived from the gender violence news topic during the lockdown and the sanitary emergency in Ecuador, due to COVID-19 pandemic, in the period from April to June 2020.
